You can be confident that the grades we determine for our own coins are conservative and abide by Canadian coin grading standards. We have never had any complaints on our raw coin grades in the past, so we will continue to provide strict grading for these certified coins as well.
Photographs of each coin are featured on our flips, providing assurance that the enclosed coin is indeed the same one we have assessed. Not only that, you can view and download these photos for free from our Flickr page... just search the certification number within the page to find your photos:
Our comment line provides a more comprehensive description of a coin; we recognize all varieties if they are present, and add other helpful descriptors to fully capture the uniqueness of each coin. Some examples we have used include: "from original roll", "semi-PL surfaces", and "exceptional toning", etc.
We use the highest quality materials in our flips: coins are enclosed in inert Saflips, the best on the market. All certification tickets are printed on high quality glossy sticker photo paper, and stuck to cardstock for a professional look and feel. Both the coin and the ticket are then safely enclosed using a heat sealer to ensure long-term protection.
